	Instructions: Online Merchant Application
	Our fast-track online application process makes it easy and convenient for you to get started with a merchant account. Once you have completed this application form, a hard-copy will be mailed or faxed for your signature. We take pride in offering superior services for credit card and online payment services. We ask that you comply and meet our standards for integrity. Please review the prohibited products or services. The following merchants are not acceptable to our company and include, but are not limited to the following:
	1.	Sale of any type of pornographic or illicit material
	2.	Escort services, gambling operations (including and without limitation, virtual casinos, ticket factoring and pyramid schemes
	3.	Goods or services (or both) otherwise prohibitive by applicable law or under the rules, regulations or directives of any Card Association
	Please review our basic requirements:
	1.	Only businesses located in the United States or Canada, processing in US dollars and targeting US based customers are eligible.
	2.	You must be at least 18 years old (21 in Tennessee) and you must be the principal owner of the business or you must be authorized to apply for this type of account by a corporate resolution.
	3.	You will need to provide a Federal Tax ID number or Social Security number if you are a sole proprietor.
	4.	You will need to have a US commercial checking account with valid ABA and DDA numbers.

	Once you submit this application, you will receive an acknowledgement email. We will review and then notify you within two business days by e-mail, phone or fax to verify completion and submission of your application for approval. If the application is complete and no additional documentation is required, we will contact you as soon as we receive your approval. You will then receive a packet of forms with instructions to activate your merchant account. This form should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
